Светитеља Николаја Српског о Светој Русији:
„Долази
време и већ је настало, када ће мучеништвом крштена Света Русија
повезати све своје идоле који растурају Русију и, као Свети Владимир,
збациће их са Руске Земље у понор без дна.
Време долази и већ
наступа, када у Русији се неће обнављати само иконе светитеља, као што
се то сада чини, већ и када жива руска војска од светог Владимира,
светог Серафима до последњих Новомученика с Царем мучеником на челу
повезати небо и земљу, да се Руски народ поново препороди у страдању и
патњи, поново у крвљу покрсти, Христом преображен и спремна да помогне
свему свету.
Долази време, браћо моја, ево, већ је и на прагу, када
заливено блатом – мокрo, патњом и страдањима измождено лице Руског
народа ће засијати као сунце и осветлиће оне, који седе у тами и сенци
смрти. А онда сви народи на земљи ће захвално објавити: „русијо наша,
Мученице наша, црвено сунашце“! …
Благо вама који плачете сада са Русијом, јер ћете се са њом и радовати!“

Роше коко (Ирина Чадеева)
Эти
небольшие печенья вы найдете в любой французской кондитерской. У них
тонкая карамельно-кокосовая корочка и нежная серединка. Происхождение
свое они ведут из французских тихоокеанских колоний, и рецепт прост, как
жизнь на острове Баунти.
20 штук
– 100 г сухой кокосовой стружки
– 100 г сахара
– 1 белок
противень, застеленный бумагой для выпечки*
Разогрейте духовку до 200°С.
1. Смешайте кокосовую стружку с сахарным песком.
2. Добавьте белок и размешайте, должна получиться рассыпчатая, но довольно липкая смесь.
3. Выкладывайте смесь небольшими горками на противень, а потом чуть влажными руками формируйте пирамидки.**
4. Выпекайте при 200°С 8 минут, или пока печенья хорошо не зарумянятся.
*
Эти печенья содержат много сахара и легко прилипают к любой несмазанной
поверхности. Если вы не уверены в качестве вашей бумаги для выпечки,
смажьте ее маслом.
** Печенья неспроста делаются в форме пирамидок — так верхушки быстрее поджариваются и карамелизуются.

freedom. Freedom belongs to God. When a person is free from the tyranny
of thoughts, that is freedom. When he lives in peace, that is freedom.
He is always in prayer, he is always expecting help from the Lord – he
listens to his conscience and does his best. We must pray with our whole
being, work with our whole being, do everything with our whole being.
We must also not be a war with anyone and never take any offense to
heart. Le tit be. Today we are offended by one person – who knows who
will offend us tomorrow? We are constantly thinking about these insults,
but we should just let them be in peace. We should never take them to
heart. When we do the adversary will try to do it again, but if we just
let the insult bounce off us, and remain peaceful, then people will give
up trying to offend us. And people will ask you, “How come you are
always at peace? Everyone else is nervous and easily offended, while you
don’t seem to be interested in this life at all. How did you become
like that? How can you stay so calm? Well, that is how the Lord keeps us
from harm.

грешников, но ненавидь дела их, и не пренебрегай грешными за недостатки
их, чтобы самому тебе не впасть в искушение, в котором пребывают они...
Ни на кого не гневайся и никого не ненавидь, ни за веру, ни за дурные
дела его… Не питай ненависти к грешнику, потому что все мы повинны...
Ненавидь грехи его — и молись о нем самом, чтобы уподобиться Христу,
Который не имел негодования на грешников, но молился о них.

often approach God and the mysteries of our faith with no sense of awe
or humility. How different this is from the saints truly grappling with
these mysteries in their hearts. I was struck by what St. Isaac the
Syrian said when he described the Incarnation: "Truly this mystery is
vast . . .The flood of Christ's mysteries presses upon my mind like the
waves of the sea. I wanted to be silent before them, and not to speak,
but they proved to be like burning fire that was kindled in my bones.
My mind rebukes me, revealing my errors to me. Your mystery stupefies
me, but urges me on to behold it . . . .O my Hope, pour into my heart
the inebriation, which consists in the hope of you."

you are at a standstill because you have approached the mystery of
existence with the mind, with questions and demands for explanations;
whereas it can only be approached through prostration, humility,
prayer—and acceptance. Accept all, take all into yourself—all that is
given you. If you do not do this, if you shield yourself from one
smallest bit of suffering so as to take refuge in the rational attitude
of doubt, then the fault lies in yourself, and the world fails to make
sense precisely because you, who look at it, make no sense. You are
foul, and constantly contradict yourself, yet you expect to see the
world pure, and making sense! … The saint, perhaps, who has gone through
doubt and yet asked for more, and accepted it – he might be able to
make “sense” of the world. But the saint is never a philosopher; he has
given up merely trying to understand, and asks only to be given what is
given him; he has accepted the world, and there is no longer any
question of its making “sense” or not. It makes “sense,” but in no way
that can be experienced in words; its “sense” must be lived, not spoken
about. … We know existence is suffering, and we know that our God loves
us and for this love suffered even more intensely than the greatest
saint; we know this, and yet we presume to “doubt,” to offer our petty
questioning of the “meaning” of it all. O vile man! Accept it and suffer
more, and pray to God – pray for no object, for no cause, merely give
your heartfelt prayers and tears to Him. He knows the “why” of it. He
knows all.

Этой
темой меня вынудила заняться история, случившаяся в аквапарке Уфы,
когда сотрудник потребовал снять с дочери посетительницы нательный
крестик. В этом случае я согласен с некоторыми комментаторами, что
православному христианину нужно было выбрать между водными развлечениями
и верой – последнее. Просто покинуть заведение...
Для того, чтобы
расставить точки над i – нужно объяснить психологию православного
христианина в отношении подобных вещей. Для верующего и практикующего
христианина нательный крест является больше, чем просто украшением.
Верующие воспитываются на житийной литературе, в которой повествуется о
христианских мучениках, отказавшихся отрекаться от своего Бога.
